“About 20 terrorists” have been killed in the North of Burkina Faso, National Telegraph has learned from sources close to the army.
Three soldiers were killed after two military cantonments came under attack, Monday, December 4, 2019. Four others were injured in Bahn in the Northern province of Loroum were the others had been killed, adding four were also wounded in Toeni, in Sourou Province, Northwestern Burkina Faso.
According to sources contacted by the National Telegraph, a response to the attack by the jihadist groups targeting the military detachments of Toeni and Bahn left at least 20 ‘terrorists’ dead.
In addition to the neutralized terrorists, the army has also seized a significant number of weapons and ammunition from the hands of those they describe as the enemy.
