The Belinda Babila Foundation (BBF) an International Humanitarian Non-Governmental Organization based in US has spread its activities to women in Cameroon, National Telegraph has been told.
A two-day conference dubbed; “Breaking Barriers: The Confident Woman” is billed to run from Saturday March 2 to Sunday March 3, 2019 at the Hotel Princes des Galles Akwa in Douala, Cameroon’s economic capital, the CEO said.
Speaking to National Telegraph, the CEO of Belinda Babila Foundation (BBF), Dr. Belinda Babila disclosed that seven women of diverse professions including herself are expected to drill the participants during the twoday International Conference.
She mentioned that the raison d’etre of the conference is to make the women discover their God-given potentials, develop on it and get empowered. She said many women fail to identify their gifts thereby wallowing in perpetual poverty and become vulnerable to societal ills.
Dr. Belinda is confident that the various speakers who are masters in their various topics are going to create a life changing impact in the life of participants, adding that those that would attend would not regret they did.
Personal Development is amongst the topics to be discussed, the CEO said. How to be a successful woman in life and business, women walking in purpose, how to discover and release your gift to impact the world would also feature.
Other topics, Dr Babila said would include; skin care issues affecting the African woman, how to be absolutely self-confident, the woman and her struggles as a producer and actress in the media world and Human Rights, the woman and the law
