Funeral Program For Sessekou Engineer John Njang Starts Friday!

The entombment ceremony of a Cameroonian/US-based Engineer would commence this weekend, family members have said. The viewing of the corpse of Sessekou Engineer John Njang Ayuk would begin, Friday January 18, 2019 at Saint Justin Mary Catholic Community 13350 Ashford Point Dr. in Houston, Texas, USA as from 5PM to 7PM, an official funeral poster has shown.

A wake in honour of the deceased has been timetabled same Friday at the Expo Event Center at 15152-A Bellaire Blvd, still in Houston, Texas from 8PM to 3AM. On Saturday January 19, a mass would be said at the Notre Dame Catholic Church at 7720 Boone Road, Houston, Texas as from 1PM, family says. The burial proper would follow immediately after mass at the Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery at 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas.

The family has also announced a reception on Saturday January 19 at the Brenda’s Reception Hall (Hall # 1) at 13900 Beechnut Street, Houston from 4PM to 12AM. Sessekou Engineer John Njang Ayuk, 79, died on Friday December 21, 2018 at Granada Hills, California, after battling with Cancer. His corpse was later flown to Houston, Texas where he would be buried.

Family members in Birmingham – UK, Los Angeles, California in USA and in Cameroon would hold separate activities from 18-19 January, 2019. The Telecommunications Engineer was born on June 10, 1939 in Ossing a village in Manyu Division in Cameroon’s South West Region.┬áHe’s survived by his wife Professor Martha Ayuk with whom he has been married to for fifty years, his six (6) children, nineteen (19) grandchildren, amongst other family members and friends.
