It would then move to Crofton at the Crofton Country Club, 1691 Crofton Parkway on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, as from 07:00 PM – 08:30 PM for another training on Estate Planning in Maryland.

In Huntingtown participants are expected to converge on the Hall at Huntingtown, 4030 Old Town Road on Thursday, March 7, 2019, from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM before another seminar in Annapolis at Double Tree Hilton Annapolis, Maryland on Friday, March 8, 2019 as from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

SinclairProsser Law would extend to Bowie at the Bowie Comfort Inn on Saturday, March 9, 2019, as from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Still at the Bowie Comfort Inn on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, from 07:00 PM – 08:30 PM another event would hold only for Trustee School Client.

SinclairProsser Law would conclude the list of seminars on Friday, March 22, 2019, from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM at Double Tree Hilton Annapolis only for Trustee School Clients.

The presentations would establish the necessary components of an effective estate plan, the organizers have said, adding that they would be delivered as a case study profiling the lives of Bill and Mary Jones.

Several scenarios are used to relay the impact of estate planning issues relating to probate, disability due to incompetence, protection of government benefits for special needs loved ones, second marriages, unmarried couples, minimization of federal estate tax, and preserving the family legacy, the bulletin suggests

Wills, living trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives are all represented in the presentation, as well as long term care and Medicaid planning, National Telegraph gathered.

SinclairProsser Law says it would also talk about preserving the non-financial assets: Your stories, wisdom, and values for future generations to cherish and learn from for years to come, it says.

SinclairProsser Law also holds that at the end of each seminar, participants would have a clear understanding of estate planning options and would be equipped to make the choices needed for themselves and loved ones.

A free consultation would be offered by the attorney to discuss individual needs and circumstances because we know that estate planning is not a one size fits all proposition, SinclairProsser Law says.

Making an estate plan is a big and important step; a step that no one should take without being informed and SinclairProsser Law thinks its free estate planning seminars would give participants the much-needed knowledge to help secure legacy and provide a solid financial future. SinclairProsser Law focuses on estate planning and elder law matters.
