Social media is overwhelmed with news of the topmost recruit of Cameroon’s Constitutional Council. Since the evening of Saturday, February 2, 2019, news about the evacuation of Clement Atangana, President of the Constitutional Council in Cameroon abroad has preoccupied debates.

However, as its tradition and in line with its slogan of “The Pinnacle of Concise, Objective and Investigative Reporting”, National Telegraph immediately opened inquiries and sent its stringers on the beat. A family member who spoke to National Telegraph on condition of inconspicuousness revealed he’s doing fine.
According to our sources, Clement Atangana, just this Saturday, February 2, 2019, came back from attending the burial of Jean Foumane Akame, member of Constitutional Council and President Paul Biya’s Advice-giver on Juridical Issue.
Reports say at the burial in Ndonko village, in the Dja et Lobo Division of Cameroon’s South Region, the President of Constitutional Council appeared healthy and kicking. Worthy of note is the fact that Foumane Akame died in his hospital bed in Switzerland on January 13, 2019, after been evacuated.
